This month, we have worked on Income Generation through Transformational Community Development (TCD). Ramdas is a 26-year-old man with a wife and two kids. Before December, he was struggling in the financial sector. One day I met Ramdas and asked him about his family. He told me that they are struggling financially, so I gave him some ideas to earn money using the internet. He became inspired and started an online business. Now, he is earning 350-400 rupees ($4) per day. When he started earning money, he told his neighbor Rakesh, and Rakesh was also inspired to start an online business. Now Rakesh is earning 200-300 rupees ($3) per day. When other people learned that Ramdas and Rakesh were earning money daily, they also wanted to earn. When both of them told me their income details, I suggested they help others, too.

This month, we could not do any TCD training as most members were busy with harvesting. The tutoring class is going on regularly.
