Despite the ongoing war in the region, the Mro Youth Development Association (MYDA) has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to uplifting their community. This month, they continued the development training center, undeterred by the hardships surrounding them. The leaders’ unwavering dedication to empowering youth through education and practical skills reflects their deep love for their people. The training center stands as a resource for hope, equipping young individuals with the knowledge and strategies needed to bring positive change to their respective communities.

Beyond the classroom, the training participants also led a remarkable community initiative—mobilizing villagers to clean up trash along a creek in the village. This effort not only improved the local environment but also fostered a sense of unity and shared responsibility among the people. Their long-term vision is equally inspiring, as they plan to conduct three training batches each year to equip youth with Transformational Community Development (TCD) strategies. The training participants, enriched by these lessons, have already begun sharing their knowledge with their respective communities, multiplying the impact of the program, and a few became trainers at the center.

The incredible achievements of the MYDA this month are a testament to their resilience, vision, and dedication. In the face of adversity, they have not only sustained their initiatives but also expanded their reach, proving that transformation begins with committed individuals willing to take action.
