The village of Batemon, which had long struggled with a lack of clean water, has recently received a new hand-pumped borehole that now provides the community with safe drinking water. This development was made possible through the efforts of Transformational Community Development (TCD) and the community leader, Mr. Adamou. This project reflects the broader objective of the United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals of promoting good health and well-being and ensuring access to clean water for all.
Following Batemoni’s success, a similar request has been submitted for the village of Djanbegou, which continues to face severe water scarcity. Unfortunately, no response has been received thus far. We remain hopeful and pray that our appeal will be heard so that Djanbegou too may benefit from a borehole and the life-changing gift of clean drinking water.
Thank you!
