Alfa, the chief of Kouvome, and his community have successfully received a borehole, marking a significant achievement for the village. This accomplishment was made possible through the collective efforts and mobilization of the entire community and our Transformational Community Development (TCD) Water Committee, who worked together to ensure the project’s completion. The borehole will provide access to clean and safe drinking water, which is essential for improving overall health and hygiene standards in the area.

Starting next month, residents of Kouvome will begin to enjoy the benefits of a reliable water source—an important step forward in enhancing their quality of life and reducing waterborne illnesses. The community celebrates this development with great satisfaction and optimism for the future.
