This month, a visit was made to the village of Pana to encourage the members of the Transformational Community Development (TCD) team as they face the challenge of a poor harvest. Rainfall ended earlier than expected this year, resulting in reduced agricultural yield and increased pressure on families. Despite these difficulties, the team, led by Mr. Kalle continues to demonstrate resilience and commitment to the community’s development.
During the visit, the community was informed that further training will be provided to guide them on practical ways to improve their gardens and strengthen food security. This upcoming support is expected to help households develop strategies that can reduce the effects of poor harvests and provide a pathway out of poverty.
Thank you!
