Romeo is a beneficiary of Transformational Community Development (TCD) who overcame the challenge of not owning land in a region where livelihoods and prosperity are largely built through agriculture. With encouragement and support from TCD, he chose to start small. He began by working on another person’s farm, gradually saving enough to rent a piece of land of his own.

With continued support from TCD, Romeo’s efforts paid off. His agricultural enterprise expanded, enabling him to eventually acquire his own farmland, where he now cultivates rice and cocoa.

The exposure and skills Romeo gained through TCD have extended beyond farming. He now generates electricity at his home using solar panels—a remarkable achievement that reflects both innovation and resilience. Romeo’s journey stands as a powerful example of personal transformation and the lasting impact made possible through TCD.
