Kassi was initially uncertain about which path to pursue, but Transformational Community Development (TCD) training gave him a renewed perspective on life and reshaped his way of thinking. His entrepreneurial journey began when he participated in Income Generation training on producing organic fertilizers, which helped him develop both practical skills and confidence.

Today, Kassi runs a successful, solar-powered barbering salon. He uses solar energy to power lighting, a fan, and a small radio, with a generator available as a backup.

Kassi’s story reflects the impact of TCD in transforming mindsets and equipping individuals to pursue sustainable and self-driven development.
