One of the important lessons offered through the Transformational Community Development (TCD) program for women deeply impacted Iman’s life. Iman, a mother of three grown sons, shared, “For many years, I carried all the responsibilities of the home alone. I never involved my children in household duties, and over time the pressure became physically and emotionally exhausting.”

After attending the TCD program, Iman realized she had unintentionally raised her children without teaching them the value of sharing responsibilities. She began applying what she learned by encouraging her sons to help with errands and household needs. The results were very encouraging. One of her sons started actively supporting her in meeting the family’s daily needs, easing her burden and motivating her to continue this positive change.
