Um Abdelrahman’s story began from a place of weakness, but it became a living testimony of transformation when she discovered her true worth. She once lived in neglect—of herself and her home—constantly feeling rejected and unappreciated. Before joining the Bani Mazar Transformational Community Development (TCD) group, she lacked confidence and struggled in her marriage, often feeling invisible. Her lack of education deepened her sense of helplessness because she felt she had no options for her future.

Through applying TCD principles, she began to see herself differently, learning how to care for herself and her home step by step. By applying the TCD principle of dignity and personal value, her relationship with her family transformed. This inner shift led to a visible improvement in her relationship with her husband, as she treated him with respect and understanding.

Today, Um Abdelrahman is more confident, her home is more stable, and her marriage has significantly improved. She hopes to continue growing and become a source of encouragement for other women in her community. Her story shows that true change starts from within—when a person believes in their worth. Such transformation doesn’t impact just one life but ripples through families and entire communities.
