This month, the team had the opportunity to distribute basic necessities to members of the Mawa Transformational Community Development Project (TCD) because they were experiencing difficulties in living due to the community’s economic situation not yet returning to normal due to the second phase of the virus in livestock farming.

They were very grateful for the team’s care during their difficult times. They remembered a lesson on caring for others some time ago, and now they felt it. One woman said that sometimes they endured hunger just to feed their pigs, as they provide them with income.

We also conducted Annual Community Survey interviews with 15 PKM members and five non-participants, and measured the children’s arm circumferences to check for malnutrition.
