In response to severe restrictions and the loss of educational access for girls past the fifth grade in Afghanistan, Bamyan West Women’s Empowerment Center is delivering alternative learning resources while providing vital jobs for local women. The project directly addresses deep-seated discrimination and mental trauma by offering essential healing services and mobilizing community leaders to champion the rights of women and girls.
