The people of Binodpur Village dreamed of providing better education for their children but faced significant challenges. The main issue was finding a committed teacher and an affordable place for tutoring. Without proper resources, the children’s education remained uncertain, and parents struggled to secure a sustainable solution for their academic growth.

To address this challenge, Ranjita, a volunteer from Transformational Community Development (TCD), took the initiative to conduct a survey. She identified students in need of tutoring and found a space for classes. After discussing it with parents, one of them generously provided a room for classes, which then began with five students. As the number of students grew, the room became insufficient, prompting parents to petition the local government for a bigger space. The leaders accepted the petition, allowing tutoring and classes to continue.

With the new arrangement, the teaching program expanded, and more students joined. A 50% partnership was established between GHNI and the parents, ensuring shared responsibility in education. By investing in education today, the village is securing a brighter future for its children.
