On a New Path
Sincere attention and care starts one boy down a more positive path.
In Bani Mazar, there was a child named Hazem who was known for his violent behavior. This was not strange; he grew up in difficult circumstances. The separation of his parents left a deep wound in his heart, and the harshness of the streets and the neglect of those around him increased his anger and rebellion. Hazem was a child who was looking for tenderness and attention, but he did not find it easily.
As his participation in Transformational Community Development (TCD) classes began, Hazem’s life began to take a new path. In those meetings, he found a different atmosphere, one full of love, attention, and guidance. He learned how to express himself in a better way and how to empty his energy in useful activities instead of violence and anger. Little by little, Hazem began to understand that he had real value, and he was loved. He has clearly changed. He became calmer and more cooperative with his friends and became a source of joy rather than fear. The smile that returned to his face became a message of hope for everyone who knows his story. Change is possible, and sincere attention is able to open a new door to life.
Thank you,
