Organized Hygiene

The Elwapathar community is improving health and sanitation by adopting healthier living practices.

A TCD lesson being done outdoors in a village within the Jarkhand Expansion. - Organized Hygiene

The Transformational Community Development (TCD) program is bringing meaningful change to people’s lives. With a focus on healthy living, I encouraged TCD committee members and the residents of Elwapathar Village to take positive steps toward improved well-being. After participating in the Community Health and Wellness training, many individuals decided to begin constructing toilet facilities.

Brother Rafayal has taken the initiative to start building a toilet, and others are now also making efforts to undertake similar construction. This marks an important step toward improved sanitation and organized hygiene within the community. As a result, we are witnessing firsthand how the TCD program is transforming not only living conditions but also mindsets regarding cleanliness and overall wellness.
