Weather Change Brings Health Concerns
As temperatures shift from hot to cold, children are especially vulnerable to the change.
Cold mornings and evenings can cause health problems such as coughs, colds, fevers, and other seasonal illnesses. Children are especially sensitive to cold weather, so they need extra care during this time.
To protect the children, the Transformational Community Development (TCD) workers gave them warm clothes such as sweaters, jackets, and socks. Wearing warm clothes helps keep their bodies warm and protects them from cold air. This reduces the risk of getting sick and helps children stay healthy and active. Warm clothing also makes children feel comfortable and safe.
Taking care of children during changing weather is very important. By providing warm clothes on time, we can prevent many health problems and support their well-being. This small effort can make a big difference in the lives of children during the cold season.
