In the past, the people of Birini gave little to no attention to medical advice, particularly about using preventive methods to ensure that they don’t get common, preventable, and persistent diseases. This month, Transformational Community Development (TCD) lessons were targeted to raise awareness on the prevention of malaria, with an emphasis on the critical importance of sleeping under treated mosquito nets, especially for pregnant mothers and children. The Birini locals are looking forward to a stronger community with better health and reduced illness. TCD is ensuring that good health is a lasting reality for all.
Thank you!
