In a forward-thinking move, the Ngassa community took their Transformational Community Development (TCD) meeting to the next level by hosting a special training session on Income Generation. Building on the foundational knowledge from past TCD trainings, community members invited Roselyn, a seasoned businesswoman, to share her expertise in processing farm produce into marketable items. This is an innovative approach to poverty alleviation. The businesswoman emphasized the importance of savings and investment in addition to the required skills needed to process locally sourced grains.

This TCD meeting has not only equipped community members with practical skills but has also inspired a sense of hope and empowerment. As they apply their newfound knowledge, they will undoubtedly experience improved livelihoods, increased food security, and a brighter future for themselves and their community.
