Francis is one of the recent beneficiaries of the Transformational Community Development (TCD) program. He has expressed great joy and appreciation for the visible changes brought about by TCD in his community. He is particularly impressed by the improvement in the yield of his cassava farm since applying farming techniques taught during TCD meetings. The growth in community awareness, self-reliance, and practical development has also significantly impacted his outlook and involvement.

As an active member of the Income Generation Committee, Frances has demonstrated strong dedication and leadership in supporting TCD activities. His enthusiasm and commitment have made him a role model in the community, as he continuously takes initiative in organizing and implementing development projects. He is especially active in mobilizing others, encouraging participation, and creating an environment that promotes unity and teamwork.

Francis’s cooperation has inspired more community members to engage in TCD efforts, leading to measurable progress in key areas. He remains hopeful that through TCD, the community will become stronger and more sustainable.
