A successful first harvest is a great boon to several ladies of the Batemon community.
During the month of April, we responded to a call from a group of women in the Transformational Community Development (TCD) community who have been actively engaged in cultivating onions, tomatoes, and chili peppers. These women shared that they had reached the first stage of their harvest and were eager to show the results of their efforts. We visited their plots to observe their progress firsthand.
Upon our visit, the women proudly presented their first harvest. It was encouraging to see the tangible outcome of their hard work and commitment to agricultural development. This marks a positive step toward food security and income generation for the group. Continued support and follow-up will help ensure the sustainability and expansion of their farming activities in the coming months. All thanks to TCD.
Thank you!
