The Transformational Community Development (TCD) committee members are now actively working to bring positive transformation within their community. In the past, committee members were not very active and did not fully take responsibility for community development. However, they now understand that they are key leaders who can drive meaningful change.

Committee members now regularly attend TCD meetings, participate in planning activities, learn new lessons, and are eager to apply their knowledge to improve their community. As a result, positive changes are becoming visible. Many members are ensuring that their children attend school regularly, and instead of migrating to distant places for work, they are exploring employment opportunities closer to home or engaging in local Income Generation activities to support their families.

This growing sense of responsibility and commitment is helping to create lasting transformation in the community.
