Streamlined Palm Oil Production

This month, the community of Ai Djedo is joyfully celebrating their new palm oil processing machine.

Ai Djedo palm oil producers now have a processing machine, which is a dream come true for them after several months of waiting. The machine, purchased with loaned funds, was recently handed over to the Income Generation Committee at a joyous ceremony. Noel, the Transformational Community Development (TCD) worker, got the Income Committee to fill out the loan forms. With that done, the women of the group were good to go with their plan to upscale palm oil production in the village and consequently increase their profit. The machine is already in use, and the women are thankful they no longer have to exert excessive physical energy in the process of generating income for themselves and their families. TCD made this happen for Ai Djedo palm oil producers!
