Like most rural villages in West Africa, the people of Arigbakoto have always struggled to make ends meet, but several efforts have been made by Transformational Community Development (TCD) to encourage small-scale businesses and Income Generation activities. TCD has taken action steps to reduce poverty by purchasing two grinding machines to support its Income Generation efforts and to boost the finances of the people of Arigbakoto.

Of the two grinding machines purchased, one is yet to be operational, but the functional machine works to grind fresh pepper, tomatoes, and grains. We are hoping that by early January the second machine will be put to work as well.

We are grateful for the provision of those machines and look forward to increased productivity and financial growth in Arigbakoto come next year.
